- Turns off in 10 seconds if not touching the conductor—ensure it's not due to low battery.
- Must have bare feet on the pad for operation, or it shuts down in 10 seconds to conserve power.
- Increase controller strength for use; it auto shuts down in 10 seconds if not adjusted (not a power issue).
- Keep feet on the pad during use, or it turns off in 10 seconds (not a battery problem).
- Each session lasts 15 minutes, after which the device auto shuts off. Reactivate for continued use.
- Red light means charging; light off indicates full charge (usually in about 30 minutes).
- Use barefoot for effectiveness; nylon may conduct but reduces strength, while cotton doesn't conduct at all.
- Do not wash foot pads with water.
