Return & Refund Policy

At Trendsloom (operated by FITZGERALD IT SYSTEMS LLC), we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible items in accordance with the terms below.

1. Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your package was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility & Item Condition To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be in new, unused, and unworn condition.

  • Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or purchase confirmation email) is required.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer support team via email at support@trendsloom.com within 30 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

  3. Our support team will review your request and provide you with detailed instructions and a return shipping address/label via email.

Please note: Returns sent back without prior authorization via email will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs & Fees

  • Restocking Fee: $0.00 (We do not charge any restocking fees).

  • Return Shipping Fee: If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., changed mind, wrong size ordered), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival, Trendsloom will cover the return shipping costs.

5. Refund Processing Time Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that processing times may vary slightly depending on your credit card issuer or bank.
