### Shipping Cost
* **Standard Shipping:** FREE on all orders.

### Order Processing & Delivery Times
* **Order Cut-off Time:** 5:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time)
* **Handling / Processing Time:** 1 - 3 business days (Monday – Friday)
* **Transit / Delivery Time:** 4 - 8 business days (Monday – Friday)
* **Total Estimated Delivery Time:** 5 - 11 business days

### Order Tracking
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real-time.

### Address Changes & Order Cancellations
* **Address Changes:** If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at support@trendsloom.com. Once an order is in processing or shipped, we cannot change the destination address.
* **Cancellations:** You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. Once processed, the order will follow our standard Return Policy.
